With over twenty years of experience in education, Tom holds multiple graduate degrees in elementary education, school district administration, and advanced leadership studies. Now, he travels the world, helping individuals and organizations uncover their own magic in personal and professional life. Tom lives in Ridgefield, CT, with his wife, Becky, and their three children.
