Dr. Myrna Blanchard is the Director of Human Resources for Castleberry ISD in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Blanchard comes to CISD from Fort Worth, previously serving as a campus principal in Fort Worth ISD. She began her educational career twenty years ago as a Bilingual/ESL Teacher. Along with being a campus administrator, she has also served as a district Bilingual/ESL director. In addition, she has taught as an adjunct professor and instructor at both Texas Wesleyan University and the University of Texas at Arlington.
