Justin Wing is in his fourth year as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Mesa Public Schools, the largest school district in Arizona. Prior to, Mr. Wing led human resources for 25 years at the Washington Elementary School District in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Wing is the past president of the Arizona School Personnel Administrators Association and remains a board member today. He is an alumnus of Arizona State University (ASU) and has presented in local, state and national conferences on human resource matters to include its innovative practices with ASU.
